About Space 802
Space 802 opened in August 2023 at 802 1st Street in Historic Downtown Snohomish, Washington. It is an outdoor lot and a 420 square foot red brick building that is reportedly the first gas station ever built in the state of Washington.
Since opening, it has become one of the most active event and market spaces in Snohomish County.
The Space
The building features large windows throughout, a recently updated interior with a vintage feel, a bathroom, and plenty of natural light. It seats up to 25 people and is wheelchair accessible.
The west lot adds open air capacity for markets, beer gardens, concerts, and larger outdoor events. Both spaces can be rented individually or together.
