Space 802 is an outdoor lot and a charming red brick building in the heart of Historic Downtown Snohomish on 1st Street. Since opening in August 2023, it has become one of the most active gathering spots in the city.

Host Your Event
The building is 420 square feet with large windows, natural light, and a vintage feel. The west lot adds open air space for larger setups. Available seven days a week from 7am to 11pm.
Baby showers, wine tastings, pop-ups, private parties, art shows, beer gardens, small concerts, professional meetups. If you can dream it up, this space can hold it.

Space 802 runs regular markets on Historic 1st Street throughout the year. If you are a maker, artist, food vendor, or small business ready to get in front of the Snohomish community, there is a spot for you.
Booth spaces are limited and reviewed on a rolling basis.
