About Space 802

Space 802 will be an open space available for a facility rental fee Starting in August of 2023. Non-profits, businesses or private entities may rent either the parking lot, little red brick building or both for a fee.

Featuring an optimal location on Historic First Street in Snohomish, Space 802 can be rented for such things as parking, beer gardens, small concerts, temporary art gallery, markets, sidewalk sales, art shows, small professional meetings or whatever one’s brain may conjure up.

Space 802 will be operated by the Space 802 Non-Profit to help raise funds to support youth art and music programs within Snohomish County.

While not in use as a facility rental Space 802 will be the headquarters for Snohomish Running Company and Grant Harrington Real Estate Broker with Windermere Real Estate and will be available for anyone in the area to utilize as a temporary office or just a place to hang out and have some coffee.

We will be rotating the internal design of the building along with the furniture every 2 to 3 months.
